We built TollRelay so that when an agent spends money, everyone can see who allowed it.
A company signs up once and gives each of its agents an identity and a limit, the agent carries both with every request it makes, and the seller checks them in a single call before it serves, so at the end of the month the company's history shows what was spent, where, and under whose limit.

TollRelay is a Hoosei venture, incubated by Hoosei Limited.
Welila is lined up as the first seller to check the agents our customers send.
What we'll never do
We'll never hold, move or look after anyone's money. Sellers charge the way they already do, and all we keep is the payment reference the seller reports back.
Where your data lives
Your company's history stays in the EU or the US, whichever you chose when you signed up, and it never leaves. The part of TollRelay that routes requests between the two holds no personal data at all.
